Eligibility:

1. Open to college undergraduate students
2. Must demonstrate leadership on behalf of the cause of freedom, American values and constitutional principles
3. Must be a U.S. Citizen enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year college
4. Must in good academic standing
5. Must submit an essay of 500 to 750 words describing their backgrounds, career objectives and scope of participation in leadership activities promoting freedom, American values and constitutional principles

Criteria for Selection:  Demonstrated leadership. Quality of appliation and essay

Amount of Award:  $1000- $7500
