Eligibility:

  1. Must have served or be a family member of those who served with VII Corps in Operations Desert Storm

  1. Must be a graduating senior or have a diploma and will enroll in accredited 2 or 4 year colleges.

Criteria for Selection: Based on academic standing, extracurricular activities, and other self-development skills and abilities
