Eligibility:
1.) Open to any undergraduate student and any high school student entering
college in the Fall semester of the current year .

2.) Must precisely follow the specifications of submission of the essay as
described on The Ayn Rand Institute website

3.) Must submit an essay of 1000-1200 words addressing the prompt

Criteria for Selection: Based on quality of essay. Must demonstrate solid grasp of philosophic meaning of the book Atlas Shrugged

Amount of Award: $50 - $10,000
