Eligibility:

     1.)  Must be a high school or home-schooled senior scheduled to graduate at
            the end of this year

     2.)  Must be a a U.S. Citizen; U.S. National; U.S. Permanent Resident;
            Temporary Resident (legalization program); Refugee; Asylee; Cuban-
            Haitian Entrant; or Humanitarian Parolee

     3.)  Must be planning to pusue a degree at an accreditted institution of higher
            learning

      4.)  Must have at least a 3.0 GPA at the end of the junior year

Criteria for Selection:  Based on academic achievement, community service, demonstrated leadership, personal qualities, and well-written essay.

Amount of Award: $10,000-$20,000
