Scholarship Eligibility:

        1.  Must be currently enrolled in a health occupations/health science
             education program

         2.  Must be a member of HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America)

         3.  Must be accepted into a health occupations/health science program for
               the following year

Criteria for Selection:  Based on academic achievement, financial need, essay on career goals, leadership, and community involvement.  Recommendations are also considered.
