Scholarship Eligibility:

        1.  Must be an Hispanic-American        

         2.  Must be accepted and enrolled full-time as an undergraduate at a Title IV
              eligible, accredited, post-secondary two or four year college, university, 
               vocational or technical school in the United States or Puerto Rico.

          3.  Must demonstrate financial need

Criteria for Selection:  Based on academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.
