Scholarship Eligibility:

        1.  Must be a high school senior who has asthma

         2.  Must be a U.S. citizen

         3.  Must have achieved a level of excellence in competitive sports

         4.  Must be in good academic standing and be enrolled in college the
               following fall.

Criteria for Selection:  Based on documentation of outstanding athletic achievements , leadership ability, and excellent academic achievement

Amount of Award:  10 awards ranging from $1000 - $10,000
