Eligibility:

     1.)  Open to students at least 15 years of age or older who are currently high
            school seniors 

      2.)  Must plan to attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college, university or
             trade school

      3.)  Must be legal residents of U.S. or Puerto Rico

      4.)  Must enter drawing by April 1st

Criteria for Selection:  NOT based on financial need or GPA.  Random drawing of entries
