Eligibility:

    1.  Must be a dependent of a soldier killed or permanantly disabled in the line
         of military duty.

     2.  Must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited college, university or
          vocational school.

      3.  Parents' income must not exceed $85,000 annually

Selection Criteria: Based on quality of application, essay, financial need, scholastic record, and letters of recommendation.
