Scholarship Eligibility:

       1.      Must be a high school senior who has asthma or significant allergies

       2.      Must live in New England (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI)

       3.      Has  attained a level of excellence in academics and/or extracurricular 
                activities   

       4.      Plans to begin higher education after high school

Criteria for Selection:  Best essay and completed application documenting achievements.

Amount of Award:  $1000

Application:  Available online or in your guidance office. Completed applications must be mailed.
