Scholarship Eligibility:

       1.      Must be a U.S. citizen

       2.      Must be a graduating senior currently attending school in the USA or 
                 Puerto Rico

       3.      Must be the first in family to attend college

       4.      Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent

Criteria for Selection:  Must demonstrate excellence in academic achievement, community service, and extracurricular activities.

Amount of Award:  $2500 for 4 years
