        1.  Must be a graduating high school senior who plans to attend a 4 year 
             college

        2.  Must be a minority student in the United States 

        3.  Must demonstrate high academic achievement and financial need

        4.   Must show leadership potential and an interest in your community

Critria for Selection:  Based on quality of application, standardized test scores, transcript, and references
