Ryan Mullaly Second Chance Scholarship

Eligibility:

    1.) Available to students who were diagnosed with cancer or had a recurrence of cancer between the ages of 13 and graduation from high school.

    2.) Must have undergone cancer treatment with chemotherapy and/or radiation.

    3.) Eligible students must be 22 years old or younger,

    4.) Must be a U.S. citizen, and be pursuing an associates or bachelors degree at an accredited college.

Criteria for Selection: Preference is given to eligible students currently undergoing treatment, those with permanent effects from treatment, and those at the beginning of their post-secondary education. Quality of application and essay is considered. letter Documentation from attending oncologist is also required.

Amount of Award: $1000
