Eligibility:

     1.)   Must be a U.S. citizen or  legal U.S. resident

      2.)   Must be 17 - 29 years of age

      3.)   Must submit a podcast of up to 5 minutes in length or a video Public 
              Service Anoouncement that relates to one of the 3 approved civil liberty
              themes outlined in the application

Criteria for Selection:  Best judged original podcast or PSA. Based on effectiveness, production technique, and originality.

Amount of Award:  $500-$2000
