Eligibility:

    1.)  Must be enrolled as a full time high school senior who is scheduled to
           graduate at the end of the academic year and who plans to enter college
           following graduation

     2.)  Must demonstrate a strong commitment to pursue a bachelor's degree at
            an accredited institution of higher learning

     3.)  Must have great financial need ($50,000 or less adjusted family income
            preferred)

      4.)  Must have participated in community/school activities

      5.)  Must demonstrate solid integrity and perseverance through adversity

      6.)  Must have at least a 2.0 GPA

      7.)  Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.  Must reside in the
             United States.

Criteria for Selection:  Based on academic achievement; school/community involvement, financial need, letter of support, quality of essays, and demonstrated integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity.
