Eligibility:

    1.)  Must be a senior in high school

     2.)  Must have at last a B average

     3.)  Must have paticipated in at least one of the 33 sports officially sanctioned by
            the National Federation of State High Schools

     4.)  Must complete the online application by October 1

Criteria for Selection:  Based on academic achievements, community service involvement, and athletic accomplishments.

Amount of Award:  Varies according to level; National Winners' (2) high school willl be awarded $10,000
