Eligibility:
1. ) Must be a high school senior or a student attending a post-secondary
institution
2.) Must demonstrate character, personal merit, commitment, leadership in
school, civic and extracurricular activities, academic achievement and
motivation to serve and succeed
3.) Must submit an essay of no more than 1000 words, addressing one of
two prompts
