Eligibility:
- Must be 13 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be currently enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution of high learning
- Must submit a short response of no more than 250 words for the question, “Create a Top Ten List of the ten reasons you should get this scholarship.”
